Our vision is a world in which every company’s leaders and managers utilize Performance Improvement methodology to increase their company’s profitability and their employee’s job satisfaction.
Clarity Performance Alliance will contribute to that by being the number one Performance Improvement consultancy in Chicago and in the top ten Nationally, all within the next five years.
It will attract only the highest quality clients and consultants. Its business improvement models and alliance member relationships will be widely known nationwide in the Performance Improvement field.
Mission
Clarity Performance Alliance’s mission is to improve the business performance of its clients by:
- Seeing the organization as a system and proposing solutions that increase performance across the whole system.
- Addressing a complete range of high level business problems while never forgetting the people who are the heart of the organization.
- Collaborating with clients to determine strategy and identify problems, then customizing effective solutions that fit the problems and the culture of the organization.
- Remaining through implementation to evaluate the solutions to ensure the business performance of its clients is indeed improved.
